Accommodation Details
- A modernised granite cottage with 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8.
- On arrival a small veranda leads to Rocky’s front door, into a hallway and open-plan lounge/dining and kitchen.
- A bifold door leads from the lounge, with large corner sofa and TV, to decking with hot tub, seating and glorious panoramic views of Porthmeor Beach, Godrevy Lighthouse, and St Ives Bay.
- There is a second cosy lounge with 3 sofas and wood burning stove, great for winter nights.
- Fully fitted kitchen with dual fuel Range cooker, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and dining table and chairs.
- Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with super-king bed and shower en-suite.
- First floor bedrooms: Master with super-king and shower en-suite, and two bedrooms with 2 x single beds in each
- The family bathroom is on the first floor and has roll-top bath, shower, WC and basin.
- There is a fourth shower room on the ground floor.
- Utility room with washer, dryer and second dishwasher.
- Outside warm water shower for those beach days.
