The property consists of a modern newly fitted Kitchen and dining area on the ground floor; the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, chest freezer, cooker & microwave etc. (there is a private laundry room on site for guests use). Open stairs lead to the first floor hallway. There are two bedrooms overlooking the rear courtyard: Bedroom 1, a kingsize double bed with vanity basin and fitted wardrobes; Bedroom 2, a smaller room with pull out single/twin bed. The Bathroom has a bath with a shower over, WC and wash hand basin. The Lounge is comfortably furnished and has breathtaking views over Porthmeor beach and the sea.
There are night storage heaters in all rooms. All electricity, heating and hot water is included. Linen and towels are available for a small laundry fee, if required, payable at the time of booking. Due to the open stairs the property is not suitable for young children.

This picturesque fishing town is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the UK. Life in St Ives centres around the beaches and harbour with its many shops and restaurants. It has a large artist community with many galleries including the famous Tate St. Ives.
St. Ives has a number of beaches but Porthmeor, at the northern end of the town, is the most popular with sunbathers and surfers alike. There are lifeguard on duty from Spring Bank Holiday to the end of September. You can take fishing trips from the harbour, take walks along the coast paths or simply relax on the beach. St. Ives is the ideal base to explore all that West Cornwall has to offer.
