1 Atlantic Terrace
Welcome to 1 Atlantic Terrace
1, Atlantic Terrace is a light airy 3 storey house with stripped floors and white walls situated and the end of a small row of houses down a narrow lane. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large through living/dining room (with a double sofa bed). The house is just up the hill from the Barbara Hepworth Museum on one side and the Tate Gallery on the other. It is in a very central location with easy access to all beaches, the railway station and the town. There are amazing sea views from the top dormer room and some from the first floor. The house has a small yard to the side for sitting in, which is a real sun trap during the day.

St Ives Bay has been voted one of a handful of the most beautiful bays in the world and boasts some of the Cornwall’s finest beaches, including the famous surfing beach at Porthmeor, overlooked by the Tate Gallery. Warm summers and Britain’s mildest climate make St. Ives perfect for all seasons.
