Sea-Drift is at ground floor level with one internal step from the kitchen to the living room. There are shallow steps from the driveway to the sun terrace and porch at the front of the property and also at the rear to the private garden. Parking is available close to the front entrance for one car.

A quiet sunny room in which to relax and enjoy far reaching views to sea and the headland, along with a novel from the bookshelf.

Living Room
The spacious, light and airy living room has lovely views out to sea and of the patchwork fields on the headland. The sitting room is furnished with leather sofas has TV, plus a range of board games – just in case. The walls are decorated with original artwork and French doors open on to the:

With a glazed balustrade that invites you to sit, relax, enjoy the sea air and take in those lovely views.

Whether looking through the windows out to sea from the comfort of Sea-Drift’s living room, or sunbathing on the beach, surfing, kayaking, taking a stroll down to ‘The Sandbar’ or a more strenuous walk along the coastal footpath, Praa Sands is all about the beach and coastal location. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with geological interest and mining heritage.

Positioned on the more sheltered South Coast, Praa Sands is midway between Porthleven and Marazion and is a great centre from which to explore West Cornwall.

Supermarket shopping is available at Helston or Penzance and St Ives is approximately ten miles to the north.

Built around ancient Pengersick Castle, Praa Sands village has a general store, pub and beach cafe. The coastal footpath progresses west through Prussia Cove and Perranuthnoe to Marazion and east to Porthleven, with several shorter circular walking routes available..
