Internally the apartment is furnished to the highest standards and is complimented by local artwork. Property features include a gorgeous, bespoke hand crafted kitchen with French doors leading out on to a private terrace with sea views & a dining area with a Juliet balcony. A light & spacious living room & conservatory with French doors again leading out on to the terrace. A shower room & hallway with stairs leading up to a beautiful master bedroom suite & second bedroom with twin beds. The main family bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, bath, wc, & basin.

Externally there is a private, spacious terrace with incredible sea views perfect for Al Fresco dining, sunbathing or watching the sun set. There is also the added benefit of a garage with electric doors for an average size car.

Additional Information

The penthouse apartment is situated on the second floor, and access is via a flight of 29 steps. There is also one flight of stairs internally with 12 steps as the apartment is a duplex. There is a security video entrance system. The apartment comes with it’s own garage with electric doors for an average sized car (length 4.7m x width 2.10m x height 1.9m). There are also visitor and disabled parking spaces available. We provide complimentary wireless internet for all guests.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay this beautiful two bedroom apartment in Carbis Bay. We found it to be very well kept and it felt homely. The owner is friendly and made us all feel very welcome. The sea view is quite stunning especially in the summer sun. We would definitely consider staying here again at any time of the year.

The St Ives Area
Local Facilities: The nearest supermarket is a Tesco which is less than a 5 minute drive off the main A3074 road in to St Ives. There are also banks, hairdressers, a chemist, a post office newsagents and general stores all a short walk away. During the day when on the beach there is a cafe, shop and food outlet.
