The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dish washer, fridge freezer, double oven, microwave and even a Baby Gaggia Italian cappuccino machine.
The master bedroom with en suite has a balcony and fantastic views of the harbour beach and Godrevy. The second bedroom has views of the headland. There are flat screen televisions in both bedrooms and quality bed linen and towels are provided. The master bedroom has a 5′ double bed and the second bedroom has the flexibility of two 3′ beds which can zip together to make a 6′ super king bed.
Bookings are from 3pm Friday to 10am Friday, bookings longer than 1 week will have a weekly bedding and towel change. (Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking policy).

A modern, clean, well-equipped property, every bit as good as the website description suggests – the view from the two balconies really does have to be seen to be believed The location is ideal for the town, harbour, beaches and coastal path walking. Loads of restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes walk.. The money/admin side of things was prompt, professional and friendly. No hesitation in recommending Wave to the most discerning customer.

We really enjoyed our stay here and have to say that the apartment is first class in all respects. Nicely furnished with good quality appliances, loads of cookery accessories if you want to cater for yourself and nice views across the rooftops to the sea. Really comfortable beds, pillows etc. Nice to be able to sit on the balcony with a glass of something in the sun. Nothing negative at all, easy to deal with Ian and Caroline who really want you to enjoy yourselves.
A few minutes walk from plenty of eateries and you’re just far enough away from the main harbour to avoid the crowds if you want to. Nothing in St Ives is far away, so you won’t need your car while you’re here. Don’t underestimate the convenience of the garage as parking in St Ives can be tedious and satnavs can lead to some embarrassing u-turns. Use the directions provided by Ian to get to the garage from the apartment……my satnav took me via a route that wasn’t made for anything larger than the smallest car ever made!
The car park opposite the apartment is 7.50 per day if you don’t use the garage, but one reviewer mentioned that it gets very busy. We didn’t think it was but noticed that some of the builders working on the Tate park in there so I guess that may be having an effect.
Would definitely go back, sad to leave!
