This superbly presented accommodation is part of the exclusive Compass Point complex which occupies a great position close to both the blue flag beach of Carbis Bay and the scenic rail link to St Ives which runs along the magical coastal path – a real must see!

Accommodation Details

Internally this smart two-level apartment has a light and bright hallway with doors leading off to a well equipped kitchen and a relaxing living room with a small sea view balcony plus dining area. Stairs lead up to the feature gallery bedroom built into the eaves (there is limited head space) which is full of character and has lovely sea views. Back downstairs, the second bedroom has twin beds (but can be made into a super king bed on request) and some sea views, and there is a family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Externally the apartment is located at the rear of the complex and has a small courtyard with table and chairs where it is nice to sit out and enjoy a glass of something fizzy! There is also the communal terrace for guests to use at the front of the complex with stunning panoramic sea views right across the bay great to watch the sunset. The apartment has the added benefit of its own allocated car parking space.

Additional Information

Lucy likes to make sure that all her guests receive a warm welcome when entering the apartment with everything spotlessly clean, fresh linen, fluffy towels and all they need to start their holiday.

There is also a welcome information folder in the apartment which, contains a wealth of information on everything from train times, beach safety, maps, to ideas for great days out.

She lives close by so is able to ensure that standards are kept high and that guests always have a friendly point of call through their whole holiday experience, and from the moment you enquire you will be able to contact her direct.

The St Ives Area
Local Facilities: The nearest supermarket is a Tesco which is less than a 5 minute drive off the main A3074 road in to St Ives. There are also banks, hairdressers, a post office, newsagents and general stores all a short walk away. During the day when on the beach there is a café, shop and food outlet.
