Internally the apartment is a delightful, spacious, modern penthouse with wifi, terrace and sea views from nearly every room. Property features include a modern, fully equipped kitchen with French doors leading out on to a private terrace with sea views. A dining room with Juliet balcony. A light and spacious living room and conservatory again with French doors leading out to the terrace. A shower room and hallway with stairs leading up to a beautiful master bedroom suite and second bedroom with twin beds. The main family bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, bath, WC, & basin.

Externally there is a private, spacious terrace with incredible sea views perfect for Al Fresco dining, sunbathing or watching the sunset. There is also the added benefit of a garage.

The penthouse apartment is situated on the second floor, and access is via a flight of 29 steps. There is also one flight of stairs internally with 12 steps as the apartment is a duplex. There is a security video entrance system. The apartment comes with it’s own garage for an average sized car (length 4.7m x width 2.10m x height 1.9m). There are also visitor and disabled parking spaces available. We provide complimentary wireless internet for all guests.

Lucy was there to meet us and show us in. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, which was fab. The views are to die for. The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed really comfy and the towels soft. Perfect. Got to everywhere we wanted by train which was great and only £1 and 4 mins into st Ives. We had a wonderful week and really didn’t want to leave. Lucy is the perfect host and communication with her throughout the booking was second to none. Thanks for a week to remember and we will be back

The St Ives Area
Local Facilities: The nearest supermarket is a Tesco which is less than a 5 minute drive off the main A3074 road in to St Ives. There are also banks, hairdressers, a post office, newsagents and general stores all a short walk away. During the day when on the beach there is a café, shop and food outlet.
