Seabirds House – St Ives

Seabirds House has two flats (sleeping 2 or 4) and is situated on a traffic free road with wonderful views across gardens to the sea. Both of our flats are in a perfect location in St Ives, 5 minutes from everything. They are cheerful and comfortable, and the views are amazing.

Flat 2 Seabirds House (sleeps 2)
Flat 2 has a large studio room with a deep bay window and spectacular views of Porthmeor surf beach, “The Island”, St Ives harbour and right down the north Cornwall coast – it’s just below Flat 4.

Flat 4 Seabirds House (sleeps 4)
This superb flat occupies the whole top (second) floor of Seabirds House. The large, characterful sitting room has full height sliding glass doors with access to the balcony and absolutely exceptional views – it really does take your breath away.

The Barnoon Flat (sleeps 2)
Lovely flat for two people, close to the Tate Gallery, beaches and restaurants, has a wonderful view across gardens to St Ives harbour and the North Cornwall coast. The flat is on the ground floor of a large Victorian house. It is cosy and comfortable with a leather sofa, stripped floorboards and rugs, and a window seat with this view.

All flats are strictly no smoking, and sorry, no pets.

Bedlinen is provided and beds will be made up when you arrive. Towels can be hired during the booking process if you don’t want to take your own. There are no meters or other extra costs.

There is a key safe for each flat in the porch. The code will be posted to you, so you can arrive at any time after 3pm. You need to leave by 10am on your last day.

The garage at Seabirds House can be hired – if it’s not available we’ll let you know when we receive your booking. There’s a Pay and Display car park very close by, and you can buy a “Weekly Rover” ticket in advance from Cornwall Council
