The owners live in their own separate accommodation within the house. They also clean and oversee everything and are on hand if the need arises.

Bedroom 2:- Twin beds bedside table/lamp and washbasin. Window overlooks the garden.
Bathroom:- Bath/with electric shower over, WC, washbasin, airing cupboard, two chairs and a chest of drawers and electric towel rail.
Kitchen:- is fully equipped with various cooking utensils, saucepans, crockery and cutlery etc., dining table and 4 chairs. There is also: – Cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Lounge:- 2 leather sofas with table and 2 chairs. It also has a colour TV, DVD, Games, bookcase and coffee table, there is also a nightstore heater. Window overlooks the garden.
Landing:- There is a large landing on entering the Apartment, all rooms lead off this area including a separate WC.
Garden:- The large garden is one hundred feet long and has seating, picnic tables, and umbrellas. There is a clothes line in the garden.
For fortnight bookings, fresh clean linen is provided at the start of the second week.
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and the beds are made up prior to arrival. Personal towels and tea towels are provided.
Children are welcomed.
Small well-behaved dogs by appointment.
We only accept non smokers. When booking you will be asked to confirm this.

Peak periods minimum booking 5 days, shoulder periods 3 day minimum booking.
