Accommodation Details
Built in 2018, this stunning three-storey house has a balcony out of the front glass doors and a lovely big deck to the rear, leading onto a lawn. Triple glazing and an air recovery unit keep the house at a great temperature and the iron radiators kick in when needed. The accommodation is reversed, with the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living areas above to take advantage of the views. The bespoke kitchen has concrete worktops and lamps from old fishing trawlers. The wood cladding around the house is reclaimed and the bathrooms use up-cycled furniture. There’s lots of reclaimed furniture (please be gentle with it!) and big comfy beds. The house suits up to 8 guests as there is plenty of space to gather together or find your own nook. The owners are leaving their worldly goods for you to enjoy (minus the clutter) and hope you will use and respect their home the way you would like and expect people to respect yours.

Please note: the children’s single beds are up ladders and you need to be comfortable that your children are able to climb the ladders safely to get in and out! One bunk has a net at the side that is suitable for one child to hang out in at a time! Please ensure your children are capable of climbing in and out of the bunks safely.
