This beautiful compact cottage has been renovated to a high standard. The stable door leads into the open plan living-room with exposed granite walls and leather sofas flank the real flame gas fire. A contemporary-style kitchen has a sea view with integrated appliances, and there is dining table which seats a family of four. From here, stairs lead up to the two light and airy bedrooms and modern family bathroom.
Bedroom 1 – Ornate cast iron double bed, sash window with window seat. Chest of draws, full length mirror, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets.

Bedroom 2 – Sea view looking out towards Godrevy Lighthouse. Single wooden bunkbeds, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet.
