This delightful holiday cottage has a spacious living room with sun room attached, open-plan kitchen & dining area, 3 excellent bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a hallway. Externally there is a sunny enclosed garden with patio furniture for alfresco dining, relaxing and sunbathing.
The Living Room and Sun Room
On the ground floor the wonderfully comfortable and welcoming living room has French doors leading into a delightful sun room and then on out in to the garden. There is a TV, DVD Player, games and books for you to browse and a welcoming feature fireplace with coal effect gas fire.
The Kitchen and Dining Area
The super contemporary open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and integrated appliances including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, Bosch oven and hob, and a washer/dryer. It also has a radio, coffee maker, microwave and toaster and the dining area has a large dining table with seating for six.
The Bedrooms
Upstairs the Master Bedroom En-Suite has a relaxing feel with a king size bed, bedside cabinet and small table, lamp, fitted wardrobe, dressing table with stool. The en-suite has a large shower, hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail. The Second Bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinet & lamp, farmhouse chair, wardrobe and long wall mirror and the Third Bedroom has twin beds, bedside table & lamp and chest of drawers. All beds are made up with fresh, crisp white bed linen and towels.
Family Bathroom
The main family bathroom has a bath with overhead power shower, heated towel rail, wash hand basin and toilet.
Externally there is a pretty, sunny, enclosed garden with patio area which is great for alfresco dining.
