Beach Break is a stylishly furnished town house above Porthmeor Beach, with views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond, and west to Man’s Head and Clodgy Point. It’s only a two minute walk to the beach and a few minutes more to the harbour, shops, restaurants and galleries, Tate St Ives being the closest. With parking for two cars, central heating, and quality furnishings, the house is both convenient and suitable for holidays at all times of the year.

The accommodation on the ground floor comprises an entrance porch, reception hallway, lounge which opens into the dining room which in turn opens through to the modern kitchen with utility area adjacent. Upstairs there are three newly furnished bedrooms and a high quality bathroom and separate shower room with Villeroy & Boch, Matki & hans Grohe fittings.

To the front of the property, there is an attractive decked courtyard area,watching the often spectacular sunsets.

The back garden has been professionally landscaped to provide provide a private, enclosed and sheltered sunspot. Garden furniture & BBQ enhance this outdoor living space. A small garden shed gives storage for body boards, bikes, wet suits and other beach gear.
