A beautifully refurbished ground floor apartment in a Victorian terraced house, located near the centre of St Ives with stunning views overlooking the harbour and Atlantic Ocean. Just five minutes’ walk to the town and harbour, Andy’s Place is close to all the beaches in St Ives.

Accommodation Details
The accommodation in this sympathetically modernised apartment consists of:
A large Lounge with original open fireplace, and gorgeous views overlooking St Ives and the harbour – just like the photo shows! The lounge has 2 sofas, an armchair in the bay window and a TV and games console.
A Double Bedroom with standard double bed – please note this room is divided from the lounge by an original folding door Victorian partition. The folding doors can be completely shut and locked for privacy, but please note that they don’t provide a sound-proofed wall to the lounge. For this reason we think Andy’s Place is more suitable either for couples, families or 2 close friends.
A Dining-Kitchen with gas hob and gas oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and washer-dryer.
A Bunk Room with bespoke handmade built-in bunk beds. The top bunk is quite high and not suitable for under 5 year-olds. It might be possible to put the mattress on the floor for smaller children but please ring or email to discuss.
A Bathroom with bath and shower over, basin & WC, and heated towel rail.
Additional Information
  • Short breaks available out of high season.
  • Andy’s Place has gas central heating throughout and an original open log fire ( We don’t provide logs or coal – these can be purchased at local supermarkets).
  • All bed linen and kitchen tea towels are provided but you will need to bring your own towels. We do offer the hire of bath & hand towels at a cost of £3.30 per bale (one of each) – please let us know if you would like to hire towels. We do not hire out beach towels so you will need to bring your own.
  • Parking is available on the street in the evenings and all day in the winter. There is a public car park 50 metres away on Park Avenue and also outside the Leisure Centre – weekly parking permits are available.
  • Sorry, we do not accept pets
  • Limited internet shared by all flats in the building – please note the signal is not very good.
