Interior: Reverse aspect accommodation takes advantage of breathtaking views. The kitchen and living area opens onto a large south-facing balcony with stunning panoramic sea views. Ideal for dining ‘al fresco.’ Downstairs the master bedroom has French windows opening onto the garden.

Garden: The paved garden is enclosed, safe for the little ones and is in addition to the large balcony upstairs.

Interior: Slate floored entrance hall leading to the kitchen with the original Cornish range. The large sitting room with open fire and comfy chairs is perfect for relaxation. Two staircases lead to three pretty bedrooms. The impressive master bedroom boasts magnificent sea views.

Garden: Enclosed garden with a large paved patio area for ‘al fresco’ dining with wonderful views. Ideal for the safety of the little ones.

• Well behaved pets are welcome. There are dog friendly beaches nearby but Marazion beach has restrictions from Easter to September

Directions: A30 southbound to Penzance. 1.5 miles after Crowlas Village take 2nd exit at roundabout. Follow signs to Marazion & drive through village centre. Just after Blue Horizon B&B, take right into Praeds Lane. This is a sharp, narrow 2 metre entrance. The car park is at the bottom left of the lane through the gate.

On foot, retrace steps up Praeds Lane, turn right and next right into Phillips Court. Past Jowders through blue gate and right into Little Trevara.
